After this, the spirits were laid down in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which were matured in specially constructed warehouses. At the end of the maturation process, the casks were blended to create an exceptionally smooth and perfectly balanced dram. Bottled at 46% ABV without coloring or chill-filtration. “Aurora” whisky received 92 points at the 2017 Ultimate Spirit Challenge and won in the “Single Malt Scotch Whisky” category at the Concours International de Lyon competition.

“Mackmyra” Svensk Ek

Single malt Swedish whisky with a spicy character that is softened by sweet fruity undertones. The whisky is aged in barrels made from the wood of ancient Swedish oaks grown on the island of Visingsö. The harsh weather conditions and sharp seasonal shifts have made these trees extremely durable. The wood is dried for at least a year before being crafted into barrels by hand and heavily charred on the inside, allowing the wood fibers to give the whisky more character, making it bright and spicy. A small portion of the whisky is aged in barrels previously used for bourbon, adding fruity notes and creating a contrast with the spiciness. Mackmyra Svensk Ek has received numerous awards at international competitions, including a gold medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2011 and silver medals at the same competition in 2013, 2009, and 2008.

“Don Papa” Baroko

is produced on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with an old rum distilled from molasses, known as “black gold,” which is produced at one of the many local factories on the island. Don Papa Baroko is aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive barrels, where the fruity and vanilla notes are best expressed. This recipe creates a more intense drink, not a rum. It also means “baroque” in Tagalog. This edition has a beautiful amber color, a heady vanilla aroma, and delightful candied notes. Don Papa Baroko is particularly suitable for explorers and novices. It can be consumed neat or in a cocktail.
